hey, I like hot things. These are not as hot as my ghost or Reapers I grow, but they do have a great flavor. I would say nutty in flavor, maybe similar to Chili Arbols, yet different and plenty hot for the average tongue.

Very spicy. Great to keep whole and put in stews and things so they can be removed.Also great to grind up and sprinkle on pizza and things for an extra kick.

I purchased some peppers in Florence Italy during a recent trip. Of course, they were only listed as hot peppers. Well after searching I finally found them in these. Small, perfect heat and great for pasta. A little olive oil, a little fresh garlic and one of these crushed over Bucatini pasta and you're done. Yum.

Fresh dried. Perfect heat for Thai peppers. Made kecap mannis with soy sauce, palm sugar and these birdseye peppers. Also used in my mi goreng, great flavors. , great flavor

ok if you have the time to wait, I found other peppers that work just as well. Also should have been in airlock bag the peppers had slight incense smell. packaging was cheap.

A good strong heat, like chili arbol. The flavor is also comparable.

Arrived when expected and suitably hot - if you like curries that burn that you a new arse, then here you have it - or if you simply want a curry with a nice kick, it'll do that too..
