Perfect size cakes for my needs!
Yes the cakes are tiny, about 2.5" across and 1.5" high, perfect for my mini Pineapple Upside-down cakes. I got 36 little cakes from one boxed cake mix, using a slightly smaller than medium size "scoop" for the batter - because I put a tablespoon full of butter, brown sugar and crushed pineapple in each cup/well and I didn't want overflow - so, bigger than "mini cupcakes" but slightly smaller than a "regular size" cupcake w/o frosting. The pan comes with recipes for brownies and for shortbread cakes so I used those baking instructions for baking time and recommendation to let pans cool 10-mins before "flipping" the cakes out, it worked perfectly!I ordered one Brownie Bundt pan and the minute it arrived I ordered a second pan, if they were half-price I'd order 4 more pans! I make desserts for our big parties (up to 100 ppl) so these little bites of dessert are perfect. If you're making a pan of 12 brownie bites for your family they'll probably each want 2 or 3 of these seriously adorable Bundt cakes!UPDATE: made brownies in these beautiful little pans for my kids and grandkids. Same old "box mix" as always but the rave reviews would make you think I'd done something miraculous! The difference btwn a "regular 13 x 9 pan" cut into squares and the Brownie Bundt pan? The little Bundt's are slightly crispy all around! I used a bit more Baker's Joy spray in each cup/well and silicone brush to work it into crevices. The instructions for the Nordic Ware pan say to "cool in pan 10 mins before unmolding", and recipes suggest running a plastic knife around to loosen edges - I set the timer to 15-mins "cooling off" and these little beauties fell out perfectly! Drizzle a bit of caramel ice cream sauce, sprinkle a few chopped pecans and "Tah-Dah" = Granny's Fancy Brownies *WOWED* the crowd! Two dozen brownies "disappeared" almost as soon as I set the platter on the table. So, even at $30 per Nordic Ware Brownie Bundt pan, I am ordering 2 more pans. Granddaughter "demands" inheritance of the pans so I'll consider them an investment in her future.

Very Pleased!
I have enjoyed all my Nordic Ware purchases (and I have quite the collection). This morning I made the Espresso Brownie Bites w/Caramel Sauce, which was included with the Bundt Brownie pan. They were delicious! The Brownies released easily and cleanup was a breeze. I can't wait to try more recipes in the near future.

Pricey but worth it.
Used twice already and my bundtinis came out perfectly. I use shortening with my fingers and sprinkle sugar in them for easy removal and so far it worked great. I make sure I clean every area of it before reusing, which takes time but I’ve made lemon bundtinis and also made brownies in it and one stuck a tiny bit but all the others released nicely and came out cute. It’s important to make sure each little area is greased and I swirl sugar in them to coat a bit and they washed up nicely and all little cakes were nicely shaped. I waited longer for the brownies to cool before nudging out. Used a thin silicone spatula for that as I didn’t want to mar my new pan. Glad I bp bought the pan. Have the 6 mini bundt pan too and I follow same process.

Heavy duty pan
Bought this to make copycat buntinis (like the bakery that makes them and sells them for a ridiculous price). Worked PERFECTLY for that purpose. We found a copycat receipe online using boxed cake mix. The pan is really heavy duty and wonderful quality. I thought it was a bit expensive, but the pan really is top notch.I plan to use this to make buntinis for school events and birthdays. The last time we bought buntinis from the bakery, two dozen was $72! This pan is the way to go, don't overspend for something you can easily make at home. Our teenage son used it first and he pulled the buntinis off without a hitch. *Tip- We used Baker's Joy as the no-stick spray. It is baking spray with flour and the buntinis came out easily. We had no sticking or breakage. **Picture note- we frosted these upside down by accident, for true buntinis, flip with the decorative side up.

Great Pan!
This made the cutest little bundt cakes! The cakes came out of the pan easily and did not stick. I sprayed the pan with Bakers Joy then used a pastry brush to spread it evenly in all the little crevices. I would definitely recommend this product.

Nordic Ware is the Best
Nordic Wear is hands down always the best option when looking for baking products. When I worked at 2 different bakeries we used only Nordic Ware, so when I got asked to make over 100 tiny Bundt cakes for baby shower I immediately knew Nordic Ware was going to be my only purchase. These pans are amazingly non stick, thick metal that isn't going to warp with temperature changes or get dented by being dropped or stored. They are scratch resistant and they are the perfect size of you need to get more than one pan of them in the oven.
