The smell and taste is meh- like you’d expect. Beefy and like meat. Not great. I’ve been taking this now for one month, pretty consistently although I do gag at the smell. What I have noticed is my lab results with my total iron, and my iron saturation. Previously, my iron saturation was so low I was getting transfusions every few months. It had gotten so low again I was due for another transfusion. I started taking this and got my results back today and much to my surprise my iron had gone up SO high! If you’re into numbers, my iron saturation was at 16% and jumped to 39%. I changed nothing else except adding this to my supplement routine. I can’t say it’s the exact cause of the increase but it’s worth noting! I have not noticed any other changes in my body - just my labs!Take care!

Bought april 2nd 2025.Let me rave about this for a moment please. So. I just started it, the picture earlier was my first time trying either product. I normally get horrible debilitating period pain. Sometime I cant even eat the first day its so bad, or i throw up. My legs going numb has been a monthly occurance for atleast ten years. The second day I bleed so heavy i literally am in the bathroom every 15 minutes. Sometimes I walk out just to turn right back around, and I usually bleed through atleast 3 pairs of pants in that one day alone. Forget about getting decent sleep. I sleep on towels with tp by my bed and sometimes still have to mop my floor just cause getting up makes a horrible mess. Its an absolute nightmare. I got godess vitality just after my last moontime ended, and i noticed increased energy almost immediately. I got so many projects done it was awesome. I love to sew and do other crafts. I had really bad cramps all month, but stuck with it because of rave reviews. IT WAS WORTH IT. im on day 3 of my.next cycle right now, AND I ACTUALLY GOT TO SLEEP LAST NIGHT. i was so happy I cried. Do you know how painful it is to change feminine stuff every 15 minutes? Its like getting punched in a bruise all day. A bloody mess you cant get away from. And i didnt have that this time. I was able to go like 6 hours! I can literally cry. I have never in my entire life had a period this easy before. The pain was so much less severe, the bleeding was less, I ACTUALLY GOT TO SLEEP. i didnt have as drastic as mood swings, I can actually eat food. I friggin love this product. <3 As a side note most of the women in my family have had a hysterectomy because of awful periods that last weeks. I never got it that bad, but i have had 2 in a month before a few times. Please dont ever stop selling this product, ill keep buying for life <3Sorry if that was tmi, but I feel like a lot of women have graphic experiences with this hellish time. Id like to think it helped with bloating too. Taste doesnt bother me at all.

Almost at the end of this first bottle...No aftertaste. I feel like it is helping with perimenopause symptoms A LOT. I take 2 everyday with my multivitamin except for when I'm on my period. I take 3... no cramps, less heavy flow and less tissue being passed during my period. Definitely going to keep taking because I see a difference compared to before I started taking them. Great price too, compared to Primal Queen and another brand I tried from Amazon.

Ok yall I had an issue getting g my product and the company not only processed a super fast return so I could reorder they sent me another bottle. I have been taking this for 4 days and I already have a difference in less bloating and better mood control. I am a 40 year old farmer and strength athlete who suffers from severe endometriosis for me to not be bloated and to be able to tighten all of belts including my lifting belt in 4 days is insane. Im curious to see what my next cycle is like. But so far I'm impressed.

So far so good on these! I've been taking these supplements for nearly a month now, and I do think I am seeing some incremental changes related to my cycle. This has been a pain point for me for years now, so any amount of relief there is extremely appreciated!A word of caution - if you have pets, keep these out of reach! My dog and a couple of the cats got their paws on the bottle and tried their level best to open the jar and eat the whole bottle. The smell apparently is irresistible!

I don’t write reviews but I need to tell you how this is changing my life. Dramatic maybe but no less accurate. I’m 41 and have suffered mightily with debilitating cramps every month since I was 15. I have been taking this for a week. My cycle started and I didn’t even know. I can’t describe the happiness I feel. I have had mild discomfort during the time where my pain would be at its worst. Is this how normal people have their cycle?! I have read a lot of reviews and testimonials and finally found this brand that is affordable. My only regret is I didn’t try it sooner. I hope it works for you too.Ok qualifiers: I am hydrated (makes my organs work well as I am 70% water) I also take a small amount of iron daily and a hair supplement. So if it’s not working for you make sure you are hydrated. It can’t work if your body isn’t ready.

I haven't felt any benefits, I integrated this to my daily supplements and have been bloated, constipated and very gassy lol, I am going to finish the bottle and see, but I am not feeling all well in my stomach, my daughter couldn't do it so she stopped and feels better so definitely is this, I just think maybe while the body adjusts. Lets see I am giving it a chance, but have to do a detox because belly is NOT the best with these supplements.
