I add a 1/2 serving to my water bottle along with 6 Star pre-workout powder for my gym routine and also add a 1/2 serving for any endurance training. It appears darker and more concentrated than other ginseng powders I have used previously. I find that it helps give me additional energy to make my gym workouts more intense and gives me more stamina for cardio and other endurance activities. I have used ginseng for years and this product seems high quality at a reasonable price. Their customer service was quick to respond about questions I had with the product.

Great value for such a highly concentrated powder! it WORKS!-start off with half and see how you respond-it might be too much for you, you need to experiement because everyone is differnt. The tast is bitter-of course, that's how Siberian ginseng tastes, especially at a 4:1 concentration-who cares?!-for the price and quality? I just put it in my mouth and drink water immediately, so it's no big deal.

The only Siberian ginseng I found that actually states the percentage of the active ingredient it contains (eleutherosides). This should become the standard for all supplements.
