How can i get the 19" chain instead of the 16"?

The chain in comes with is too short...unless you have a very skinny neck. I ordered some chain extensions and hope that they work. I was also somewhat confused as to why there is a price difference among the different signs. Swarovski Direct also offers these - at a higher price.
