Excellent product and support
I stumbled across this accidentally and am so glad that I did. Am quite the home automation enthusiast and had considered buying an off-the-shelf product for blinds but it was so expensive that I just lumped for dumb blinds. Years later, I was looking into much more complicated ways to automate those blinds when I luckily found this. These are brilliant for security as you can set up to 40 schedules across your blinds, so you can set them to open, close or go part way at different times on different days and can use sunset / sunrise as a trigger. I got stuck on small point and called tech support - a very helpful and patient person guided me on what to do and was resolved in 5 mins, brilliant service. Yes, it's a little on the expensive side, but a fraction of the cost of buying smart blinds. Highly recommend this!

Very glitchy
I've had this product now for around 18 months and have to say set was okay, but not straight forward...however it's very temperamental...I have 9 blinds in one room where the controller is located and the router...on occasion it looses communication with one or two blinds and sends them all the way to top rather than set height...others won't go up or down...not helpful for when you're holiday...very glitchy and not really worth £170 quid! I did email tech support on one occasion and their response was, "find the sweet spot for controller"...can't get sweeter that being in the same room! was my response and I heard nothing back! go figure!

Worst product
Use Tuya remote it works 10 times better instead this one fails to link and times out if is a waste of a product and only costs 20 pounds it operates my blinds perfectly and works with Alexa

Label on box misleading but good product
Product says "light controller" on the box not "multi-purpose controller" or "blind controller" (which is what I ordered).Would be helpful if it was made clear that it was multi-purpose as I thought I had the wrong product when it was delivered.

Might brick its self. Easy Setup - Works Well (mostly)
Update:Some versions of this device can brick themselves for no reason, there appears to be no recovery. I'll reach out and see I can get a replacment as it's an known faulty batch. Fingers crossed. So I wanted this mostly to automate my blinds to a set time schedule and for this it appears to work flawlessly. (One week in). However using the app to open / close the blinds seems for me at least a little hit or miss to when it wants to work. More testing needed so I've let it at 4 stars.

Ok but
Does the job, but Outrageously expensive.

either open or close ..nothing else
this is no way worth the money as it hardly works anyway and hub right next to router and blind,i use a smartthings hub 14.99and paired blind straight to it , works every time and you can set percentage of opening , you cant use alexa with it but for 130 pounds extar i can live without this

Cheaper and more versatile options are available elsewhere
I have a motorised Louvolitte blind and I wanted to control it by voice through Alexa. This hub solution does work with those blinds, but (and this is the spoiler) - it's way, way too expensive, £169 for a one purpose item? No!The Dyson brand is the same, they think charging a ridiculously high price is somehow an indication of quality (£900 for a Dyson vacuum cleaner??)You can buy a BroadLink RM4 Pro universal remote for £55 - https://amzn.to/46yjtOR that will not only replicate all your Infrared remotes, it can also replace the ones that use Radio Frequency (RF) too - connect it to Alexa, Siri or Google and use voice commands as well as your mobile phone to control your TV, Ceiling Fans, Air Con units, Smart Plugs, Lights, Garage Door, blinds, curtains and more, and for a third of the price. The Broadlink Pro S model has a heat and humidity sensor, this means you can program the blinds to close or open if the temp or humidity is too high or low - this is a great feature. So, as useful as this hub might appear, it's simply way too expensive, and the manufacturer probably knows that. If you can find one for less than £55 - fair enough, but I'm sure you could pocket that £114 saving for something extra special
