This is an amazing product. I have look high and low for a waist band and bungee cord lease. Let me tell you years ago they used to sell one on "On See on TV". I bought it and fall in love with this type of leash. But like a lot of things they stop making it. Since it worked so great in not allowing the dog to pull you. I have been making my own. Which the cost is way more than this price.In fact I will be buying a few to keep in stock. Like all bungee cords over the years they do wear out.

The leash is a little short for my 20 lb schnauzers. They aren't large enough to get the bungee to stretch, so they end up having to walk very close to my feet.

I received the package on time and it was as I expected. When I opened the package, the leash seemed very well made and seems like it would be very durable and last quite awhile. I have two dogs and a 2 year old so this seemed like the perfect item to use for me to walk my child in a stroller and walk the dog at the same time. My dog is a large dog about 50 lbs and he loves to pull. My husband tried it out first. He is a heavy set guy. He loved it. It fit perfect around his waist. He loved the recoil on it as it did help with the pulling. He had no problem walking the dog with it. I tried it out after my husband. I am a petite woman about 110lbs. It was not as easy to walk my dog with it like my husband. My dog pulls and he was pulling me every which way and almost pulling me off my feet. I feel that this product would work better with heavier set people or smaller people with smaller dogs. Also, maybe a dog that walks better on a leash and does not pull so much. It was just to hard for me to control a 50lb dog without getting knocked down. I did like that it also had a loop so you could hold the leash regular. I did like the fact that it has reflective stitching so that you can walk in the dark. I also thought of some other great ways this could be used. It would be perfect for going to a park and being able to wrap the waist part around a tree so that you could tie your dog up. All and all it is a well made and thought out product. Love the idea of hands free dog leash! I received my hands free dog leash on time and well packaged. The package included two pieces; one for your waist and the other, the leash for your dog. The leash has two metal clips, one on each side of the leash, that easily clip to either one of the two metal attachments on the waist piece. The waist piece is adjustable to fit your waist size and clips together for use. The leash acts almost like a bunjee cord. It's springy when pulled but not springy to the point where your dog will be running far from your side. The leash is also at a perfect length at keeping your dog at arms reach. It's a very study piece and it does very well at keeping my dog at my side. I am a runner and I occasionally get hand blisters from holding the leash for my dog while running. This hands free dog leash has worked wonders for me. I can jog without having to hold onto a leash. The leash helps keep my dog at my side at all times and its very sturdy; your dog won't escape the leash or run off very far from you. This lease is the perfect training tool for my dog. In the past leases would allow him to roam freely and too far away, but this lease keeps him nice and close. The elastic bungee style allows him some mobility, but it is tI got enough to hold him back when needed. The waist strap makes it easy to use without having to hold on to it. The material and design is strong and secure, I have no fear my pup will escape or break it.
