HP Chromebook F7W49UA#ABA 14-Inch Netbook (White)

We’ve had this a couple weeks with no problems at all. Overall good quality, there was a couple of scratches (nothing real noticeable) but hey it’s refurbished and my kids were gonna scratch the corners anyways.

Liked it fine till it suddenly quit working and I had used it less than 5 times when that happened.

Good but has a few marks on the screen that won't come off. But works great!!

Product works well. There are some blemishes on the lap top cover. I wouldn't sat it in very good condition just good. I will have to purchase a lap top cover because of the blemishes but it works great.

I wanted a cheap, used Chromebook I could use for writing. All things considered, this was a decent choice.Pros:1. It's in decent shape, and it's a nice machine. I ordered a "very good" refurb, and I think it pretty much meets that standard. It's white, so it clearly shows use, but everything's fine otherwise.2. The keyboard is responsive and laid out well, which can be hard to find in smaller laptops and Chromebooks.3. The screen is bright and easy to read.Cons:1. The version of Chrome OS I got is no longer supported, which apparently means that you can't download almost anything. On my newer Chromebook, I have Google Play, and I'm able to download most of the same apps I have on my Galaxy S9 phone. On this machine, though, basically everything I do has to be done through the Chrome browser, which - again - is fine for my current needs, but would pose an issue to anyone trying to do anything other than writing or maybe online shopping.2. The trackpad is a tiny bit wonky. It works fine 90% of the time, but every now and then when I click on something it goes a little haywire. I think a wireless mouse should fix this.3. It took a little finessing to get the charger in place. For a few minutes, even though it was plugged in, the machine was flipping between charging and not charging. In my case, I took out the charger and I just blew on the charging port, and that seemed to resolve the issue.

First of all I didn’t order this I ordered a royal blue hp laptop that was newer than this and I was showed that this white one was shipping. Either way I decided to let it ship and when it arrived not only was it not in good condition it was in “fair” condition which is something I’d personally never invest in especially in a laptop. Can’t download any apps on it. It’s very outdated, can’t stream anything on it can’t right click on the desktop to change background wallpaper and is literally useless collecting dust at my home. Good for absolutely nothing don’t recommend

I've had a few Chromebook's and LOVE them! In this particular model I love the size of the screen (It's big!) and the battery life is phenomenal! This computer can lay right on your lap for hours and doesn't get hot. I wish I could have picked a different color than white, but that's the only complaint. :-)
