I ran out of what I normally buy in this product, so I got this great deal from this manufacturer. It's a known product and they've been around for a while and are known for quality. I really appreciated the great price. I do recommend this product in this brand.

Very hard to find a product paired with K2 at a dose lower than 5000. Everything I read says you shouldn't take more than you need. No bad smell, easy to swallow. Good quality product. Take with meal that has highest fat content like lunch or dinner for best absorption. Still should try to get 10-15 minutes of sunshine every day when possible for making sure you are getting enough Vitamin D.

I use this supplement daily. A long term goal to stay healthy.

D3 & K2 supplement- my cardiologist had me start taking this. The only issue I have had is I use a monthly pill box for all my medication. I had issues with some of the prescription medications breaking down and melting. I will continue to take, but will keep it separate from other medications. I did see a warning afterwards about storing this with some blood pressure medications. Trust this brand.

I trust the brand, but I don't notice any differences when I take these.
