Will this fit a 2020 Toyota Highlander?

Don't know if they will fit your Highlander, but see my review (January 23, 2021) before you purchase.

Will any altel programing tool activate these? the altell units i have seen say they will only activate altel mx sensors.

I didn't do it myself, had mine activated at Just Tires while getting an oil change.
