Do these gummie shave a “sugar “ coating. Or sugar like coating?

They do have a sugar coating. Because they are soft, they stick together and the sugar helps to keep them separated. I brush off most of the sugar before consuming them.

Why does it say on the back of the bottle not intended for long use? is there something toxic ?

It is because of the 3 mg of melatonin. Generally it is recommended not to take melatonin long-term without any breaks. Mayo Clinic says, "...evidence suggests that melatonin supplements promote sleep and are safe for short-term use." Ask your doctor.

En mi opinión es mejor el polvo. Aunque contiene ácido cítrico y puede ocasionar leve incomodidad estomacal efecto laxante. Yo lo consumo un mes si y un mes pastillas. No he tenido ninguna reacción adversa.
