I cut the bottom portion off (metal saw) and made a half bird cage. It was sort of a craft project/gift.FYICage is very dark brown. Metal. It’s well made but there are a few pieces that are thinner than others. You can always spray paint it and spruce it up a bit.Yes it’s kind of small, as many have commented, but there are measurements in description. It is 15 inches tall but that includes the length of the hook. Not sure everyone will catch that in description.It would be great for low growing succulents/cactus.It def worked for me and I only paid $7 because it was a return.

Really small and not very sturdy. Can only put something very light weight in it.

DON’T BOTHER! It’s cheaply made. Mine came in with the bird completely broken off and no where to be found. The metal bars were welded together by a child. Sent mine back the day after I got it

Very cute....but smaller than what i expected....it will ONLY hold 2 very SMALL plants ..like maybe a 2inch pot.....so i just put little fairies in it..

It was cute but not very large for the reason I wanted it.

Very well made! This is not a large item so look at the size but extremely pleased with quality construction. Must more sturdy than expected!

Some of the weld points popped with moving the cage across my mantel. This is a half- round open front cage. Good for decorating proposes, probably not for house with kids that may want to play with it. Might be a stabbing hazard with the thin metal.

I love this little accent piece! It is exactly as pictured. Be sure to check the dimensions as it is smaller than I anticipated. But I’m pleased overall.
