I have to say this is the best phone holder I've had in my Jeep Wrangler. It was very easy to install the only tricky part was aligning the screw hole up cause you only have one shot at it due to the adhesive tape, but I was careful and took my time to align it.. As for its structure... it is super sturdy, went off-roading and all the bumps, the Phone never moved a millimeter or ever shook. The Arm on the holder is nice too cause it puts your phone in easy viewing and easily accessible near off the dashboard. It was very nice. Its well made, holds my Galaxy S9 very tight but its easy to remove with one hand as well. Seems like it will last a long time. Very satisfied with this product and would recommend to any Jeeper out there.

This mount is what they advertise. The adhesive is strong, coupled with the bolt in the center, the base is going absolutely nowhere. The arm is sturdy and I haven't noticed any vibration in it while driving on rough roads. The C-clamp for your phone is very tight, I bought a lanyard for my phone before the mount arrived, then took the lanyard off.. if the phone comes out of that clamp, I don't think you'll be needing it any more... the clamps that join the arm to the ball on the base and the C-clamp do settle. My arm kept moving every time I put my phone in the clamp, so I tightened it down after repositioning it again. This went on for almost a month (which customer service said can be the case). Expect it to need tightened occasionally for at least 2 weeks, possibly up to a month. Mine has finally settled (the 100+ degree outside Temps did not help I'm sure). Now my mount is rock solid.

I was looking for a phone holder that could keep up with a Jeep ride. I had tried 3 other brands and they were complete crap! 2 has rubber grips that we’re supposed to hold the phone in place but they snapped and broke either from constant use or temperature variations, also the tension was terrible on those! My phone would literally shoot off while driving because I hit a bump or even just no reason. One minute I’m driving, minding my own business then next BAM phone shoots across, hits a seat, bounces off door, then lands on the floor scaring the crap out of me! Luckily I usually kept it plugged in and I’d be able to pull it up off the floor by its lifeline. The 3rd was the magnetic type. The adhesion wouldn’t last and I couldn’t charge wirelessly with that option. So nope!Then I found this holder. This holder is solid, has the grippiest hold on my phone, and the tightest tension! I actually thought maybe the tension was too tight and would break my phone...NOPE! Added bonus this has a go pro holder. It doesn’t interfere with the phone or vise versa. Looks good on my dashboard and is functional. I’m going to guess it’s easy install because my husband installed it within just a few minutes. Also it takes seconds to rearrange the direction or angle of the arms so it works perfect for when I’m driving or a passenger.I’ve been using this for about a month and a half now and it’s still awesome. I love it. Great purchase and 100% satisfied!

Very hard to find a phone mount that works for bumpy, off-road use. This installs with the screw at the bottom of the small dash tray on my jeep. It also has adhesive. Put the screw through the hole to line up as you install so you don't have to pull the adhesive back off to realign.I was a bit dubious that the holder would work given there is nothing to support the bottom of the phone (it just squeezes from the sides) but it holds REALLY well. The sides of the holder are nice rubber that grips and the squeezing power of the mount is strong and consistent. It is easy to put the phone in and take it back out.The clamps on the arms hold well and don't sag with time and bumpy roads.It is expensive but if it saves you one broken screen on your phone it more than pays for itself.One gripe is that there aren't more arm accessories available. I would have loved to have two phone mounts rather than one phone and one gopro mount.

I really wanted to go with another brand, we all know who they are but for double the price!! So I ordered this off Amazon because if it sucked I could easily ship it back. I have friends with the other brand and while the finish on them are a little better this product has yet to fail me and it works great!! I would recommend this to anyone.

I wish we had sucked it up and spent the extra money on this other than the cheap plastic ones we did before.If I was to have an issue with anything, it would be the lenght of the arm that holds the phone. It seems a little long for Jeeps, for the Ram maybe good. When the shorter arms get in stock we will consider getting one.

The media could not be loaded.  This product was great until the phone mount broke. Was trailing along and all of a sudden my phone won't stay upright. It was tightened on the mount but the spot where the bal mount meets the actual phone holder broke. Now it just swivels freely and won't hold my phone up. All was great until the reliability of the product failed.

Read a lot of reviews on this. So far it has worked for me very well. I will say the Go Pro had a hard time being installed as the female connection was not spaced enough. That said took a pry bar and it worked.Have had no troubles with the adhesive yet but Texas Summer is right around the corner. I will try and remember to update you after this summer.
