This is my favorite lipstick.

Excellent product and true to color.

There a very big problem with how the lipstick was delivered. I have been using Elizabeth Arden products for 40 years. This has never happed before. Upon delivery I attempted to remove the cap. The lipstick had broken off and was stuck in the upper part of the cap. The lipstick is totally and completely unusable. I think I should be entitled to a replacement.
