How to connect the argb fan to asus b450m-plus

You would not be able to wire it to a motherboard that does not have an ARGB header. You would have to use the manual controller that is included with the MB311L ARGB case. CM-PNguyen

How can I connect the fans to software to control lights?

That is a great question Lisa. The instructions were so bad I couldn't figure out how to connect them so I did a search. A great deal of people have had the same problem. Try contacting Cooler Master.

will the vetroo v5 work with this case?

Yes it should work - specs say max height is 148mm and the case says max CPU cooler height in 168mm so you should have enough clearance

Are the fans supposed to spin all the time? My light up but do not spin.

They are supposed to spin all the time, if your power is connected properly and it is still not spinning that might not be a good sign.
