What is the unit of measure for Moisture and Nutrient reporting?

No. This works over Bluetooth and doesn't connect to the internet. You need to be in proximity of the plant and Bluetooth turned on to check the status of the plant.

If you monitor multiple plants close together with 1 meter in each, does the app know they are different? Ability to monitor multiple would be great

Yes, but you have to tag them with your pictures so that you know which one the data comes from. They do not work if you are more than about 10 feet (3m) away and distance is shorter if not line of sight. I have two and they are useful in understanding why one is thriving and the other not. I have same plant in sun and shade. Interesting results.
