What material are droppers made of?

There are no droppers. These containers dispense in a roll-on manner. These have a steel ball mounted in nylon and a plastic cap. The container is brown glass.

Will these work with emu oil? It’s a bit viscous.

I used them for Ylang Ylang oil. It worked very well. My daughter uses it for other natural oils. She hasn't had any problems. Order a small amount and try it. Is my suggestion.

Can I use these for fine glitter eyeshadow?

You could. The bottle would have to be tipped pretty far upside down to get the glitter out with the plastic reducer on. If you didn't put the plastic on you might end up with a mess.
