I absolutely love this stuff. I bought wanting to make a really good chicken francaise and found it to be so yummy i used it on my salad, bruschetta, caprese salad, and my chicken. It has inspired me to find more uses for this wonderful concoction. And by the way this is like the difference in a bmw and a yugo....

It is a high-quality product that justifies the price.It lasts a lot as one needs to use a little quantity.

This is definitely very thick and I didn't realize that when I purchased it. It has a wonderful sweet flavor, but I was looking for more of a salad use balsamic, not a thick syrup. Also, didn't realize the size of the bottle was smaller than I expected. No fault of the seller of his quality product... I just need to get better at reading ALL the details before I place an order.

Delicious flavor and wonderful in making salad dressing with grapeseed oil.

Wonderful balsamic "syrup". Great taste and just enough tart from the added red wine vinegar to make this balsamic very well rounded. Delicious as a salad dressing with a high quality olive oil. Little pricey but totally worth it. Hay, you only live once. Try it!

very pleased with purchase. I love salads and make one every night. I purchased both the fig flavored and lemon flavored white balsamic which I discovered years ago on a trip to Italy. Lighter and more flavorful than traditional dark balsamic. More expensive than brands found in supermarkets but well worth the difference. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a new balsamic vinegar dressing and after reading the reviews on this one, I decided to give it a try. We had company for dinner the night I opened it, and we were all pleasantly surprised. It IS delicious! And a little goes a long way because it is sweet. Will definitely be buying it again!

Flavor is great, and the texture is good. Rather expensive.
