Good quality music centre
This is a compact and neat looking unit with a walnut finish. The sound quality on radio, record player and CD players is good. The radio ariel is a thin wire, not one of those telescopic ones, so unobtrusive. You can store up to 30 radio stations. When playing CDs at a low volume there is slight whirring noise in the background but hardly noticeable. The one feature I dislike is the tiny remote control which is 3 inches by 1.5 inches and difficult to read the buttons, so 4 stars for ease of use. . One of the questions answered about this product says you can play records with the lid closed but that is not possible with LPs which overlap the size of the lid, so must be played with the lid open. Overall I think this is a good quality unit and good value for money.

Generally fine considering the price
Like many others I purchased this so I could rescue my old vinyl from the loft. Overall for the money the quality is fine, you get what you pay for. Generally all functions work satisfactorily rather than brilliantly. The only real gripe I have is that occasionally it is noticeable that the turntable is turning a fraction slow. There doesn't appear to be an obvious way of tweaking the speed. If I could sort this one little problem then I would happily give a 5 star rating considering the price.

Stylish retro looking stereo.
I have only just received stereo a few hours ago after it's been delivered. Have only just set it up. Have tried fm DAB radio and CD function. Setting up the time on digital clock was straightforward enough. Still yet to use the phono/turntable function so cannot say what that's like. Sound quality seems pretty good. A good product so far.

I cant believe it's not better.
The components whose technology has been around for decades let this down. Turn table is not great and you can't shut lid while LP's are playing. Sound quality is reasonable. CD player is noisey if you are near the player but because I'm middle aged I cant hear it while seated at more than 2 metres. All other solid state functions are fine, but I'm left with the feeling that it could have been better and indeed I've owned sound systems in the 1980's that were. I'm left with the overall impression that the manufacturers did not prioritise quality.

Initially pleased but then faults developed
Does everything listed well but after a couple of weeks the display developed a fault in that the characters were not visible in the centre part of the display and the turntable started to "slur".Return sorted without question.Tried to re-order in January but after waiting a few weeks was informed it's no longer available as it comes from Germany - borders/customs issues?

Problem within 1 year
Product was running fine with no issues but suddenly there was no power to the player. Fuse changed and plug changed but still not working. Should not happen within 1 year of purchase
