I got this for a Christmas present and I absolutely love it I bought a different one over the summer and hated it and this one is just perfect for what I was looking for

Looks like a used product.
I didn’t even bother opening it. My original package looked just as bad. I asked for a new one and this is the second package I got. Needless to say I’m returning it and not bothering to ask for a new one.
