I take a lot of vitamins daily. when i added these to my regimen I started off with the recommended two and that was a mistake. I had to drop back down to one and ease my way into two a day. Two off tops made nauseous and I actually vomited

this is my third bottle. The first 2 bottles were fine but there is something different with this third bottle. The content within the capsules smells bad. Makes me wonder if I should continue to take any from this brand.

I bought these about 3 weeks ago and have been taking 2 everyday since. The reason I purchased was for Hopefully keeping cancer at bay. It runs in my family something awful. The first week on these I would have diarrhea(sorry for being graphic) for a couple hours after, nothing I couldn’t handle but if you work might want to start taking these slowly. I sorta jumped right in with the full dose.Another thing I’ve noticed is my 2 kids have terrible colds and I attract colds like a magnet and being on these I haven’t gotten their crud. So I’m thinking these little guys might need to become a staple in my cabinet.
