After stomach surgery needed fiber, have always trusted GNC, tried and it works really well, reading complaint about thickening being problem for some.It has to be 8 oz. glass and dry, then add fiber. add apple juice and top off with pure cranberry juice and stir, Great taste apple juice for bladder and cranberry for kidneys a triple treatment.

This did nothing for me. I used it daily for 3 months.

I watched a review of this product on you tube and the reviewer stated that it would have you going to the john 2-3 times a day.This was a person whose opinion I trust so I decided to give it a try in my quest for better digestive health. I have yet to have the experience that she talked about. It is tasteless and odorless, so that part is good, but it is not working for me as expected. I will continue using it until it is gone, but I will not repurchase.

Great product! I prefer the Super Fiber without the Probiotics. I only want to use pprobiotics when they are really needed, not as a regular thing, plus the Super Fiber without the Probiotics is slightly cheaper.

Great product for occasional cleansing. It gets things "moving" smoothly without being to strong or causing any cramping. I blend it into my smoothie and it's undetectable taste wise.
