Must Have!
I'm new to chocolate making and had great success with this mold! The size of the finished chocolates was perfect, the mold was strong and easy to hold, and it was easy to scrape the excess chocolate. The chocolates came out very cleanly too, even with the diamond pattern. This was much easier to use than a thinner plastic mold I also tried, will definitely buy more in polycarbonate material and buying another of this same mold!

Hard to get chocolate out
It's very hard to get chocolate out. I have to hit it on a hard surface several times to get them out.
