Used this plug adapter for a month long journey to France, primarily to charge my iPhone. It’s an essential piece of travel hardware and excellent value. Just to reinforce the directions that it’s not a power converter but a plug adapter. The item you’re using it with needs to be able to accept the higher power of European outlets. Most phones and computers do. If yours does, then this is an excellent product. I used it on the train, two hotels and my sister’s house. It worked flawlessly. In a perfect world I’d prefer my old Nokia phone with its replaceable battery. But that’s never coming back. You need a way to charge your battery. It fit into the French outlets and I used both the USB port and the US style outlet with my Apple plug to great success. Excellent product.

The USB ports are awesome. I never had to use my U.S. charging block to charge my phone or tablet and was able to charge both at the same time. In Italy it plugged right in and was ready to use. In the U.K. you must use the included U.K. adapter. It worked well, but was cumbersome when plugged in. My wife had a different brand with no USB ports that was more portable to pack and use. We both decided that the USB ports made this easier to use with the ability to charge multiple items at once. Great buy!!!

Bought this power adaptor for my trip to Italy In November. I live in CA. It worked very well and was easy to travel with. Having multiple USB ports/outlets within the device allowed me charge multiple devices at once, and the charge time was fairly quick. The cost was reasonably low compared to other devices on the market. I’m really pleased with this product. Definitely recommend it.

Used on a European cruise ship that had both American and European plugs. Worked great . Gave us extra usable plugs.

I received it, it was a fast shipping service. It includes 2 parts: European travel adapter + UK adapter. It looks like a nice product. I have been using this European Travel Plug Adapter for a week. It's a high-quality product and easy to use. I can charge 2 my mobile phones with 2 USB ports + a US sock to charge my laptop in the same time. It's really convenient to carry and use it. I love it!

I used this product in multiple countries in Europe and on a cruise ship and the item worked better than expected. This adapter not only would allow me to charge my laptop but I could also recharge my watch and phone at the same time. I found that the adapter fit the sockets better than other adapter I had. My only problem was that I had to loan one to a friend ( he needed to charge multiple items) and I had only purchased 2. I will definitely order 2 more of these adapters to have on hand. Great product!

With the include adaptor for the UK, this adaptor worked in the UK, France & Germany without a problem. Used the built in USB ports to charge both an iPhone Xs Max and an iPad Pro. Used the outlets to charge camera batteries. FYI, I was only able to plug in 1 batter charger at a time, due to the fact, that my chargers did not have cords.When plugged in, the adaptor is a little loose in the outlet, but not enough to fall out or not work. Using it with the included adaptor for the UK made the unit stick out quite a bit and a little more wobbly, but still worked none the less.
