Really happy with these - slightly too sweet but delicious nonetheless, chocolatey and dense with a lovely texture. The enclosed letter was a really nice addition and I can tell a lot of thought has gone into these bars. They are more expensive than other low carb type offerings but to be honest it's worth it due to the quality of ingredients, i.e. no frightening sounding additions and a nice short ingredients list. I bought these to use in my first few weeks back on the keto wagon and they've been a godsend.

These are more than just your low carb convenient snack bar. I bought a fair few of these to take advantage of a promotional price as I am a regular user of these bars.Firstly they are of superior quality with clean and natural ingredients. And they taste so good.Secondly they are a fantastic addition to my ketogenic diet.I use them to break my fast (TRF) at midday an hour before eating, this controls my hunger and gives me an energy boost in the meantime.I also use them on the go when I am hungry and all there is to eat is junk or convenience food.Lastly I use them when I have inadvertently eaten a meal that has kicked me out of ketosis as eating a bar brings my levels back on up fairly quickly and sustains them for a few hours.There is nothing else on the market like this.I would highly recommend.

They are nice, you get the taste of chocolate, the taste of caramel and a bit of saltiness on top of it. After eating half of one I can say my sweet tooth has been satisfied, it gets very very sweet once you eat more than half. It's also very very pricey, for 2 people sharing the 12 bars it gets a bit too much and to be fair that's the only reason I can't give it 5*. Other than that, they are gooey and have a fudge like texture, have a pleasant smell and are very fulfilling. If you eat one in the morning make sure you have some unsweetened lemonade or coffee with it to wash out the sweetness. Oh one more pro, I hate erythritol with a burning passion because it has such a weird after taste but with this I don't get that horrible aftertaste. It actually tastes like caramel and dark chocolate!!!For anyone that wants to buy, please first check if your body can digest erythritol, don't just leave bad reviews because you're more sensitive than other, it's unfair for the company as the ingredient list is clear as to what it contains. Just like I can't take certain sweeteners you find in the "sugar free" chocolates from supermarkets where I get an extremely upset stomach with cramps and the whole package, so I avoid these.I'll be ordering again in the future although I really hope the price will go down as they are quite expensive. I don't see it as a waste of money especially if you are alone, but for 2 people it gets a bit too much as we are looking for a meal replacement in morning.

Initially thought what a tiny bar, but first of all it is loaded with oil which is a good thing for Keto, but not the best for hot climates, I bought these and took them to a hot country and the oil started seeping out of the bars by the 3rd day, so you do need to keep them cool.As expected not the tastiest of things, you get that Erythritol cooling effect in your mouth massively, they are rather sweet to balance out the dark chocolate which becomes very apparent 10 minutes after eating this with a mild bitter aftertaste from the cacao.Texture is chewy and fudgy I like that, it is extremely satisfying, for anyone already in Ketosis, this is a good meal all day long and because its loaded with MCT oil, satiety is almost immediate and quite intense, getting through a full bar at once is hard for me and I'm a proper nosher.On a final note, you seem to need a lot of water to get this whole bar down, largely because of that intense sweetness, I'm sure this with a black coffee without sweetener in it could balance out well.3 star for the satiety you feel from it, otherwise not a great tasting bar.

Excellent for my Keto weeks when I'm fat burning but fancy a little something "sweet".I'm impressed by this company and their commitment to quality Keto nutrition. I already use their C8 MCT oil. These bars are not cheap but to be honest I eat only half a bar at once. If I had tried them alongside my old eating habits I'm not sure I would have liked them but after 2 years lchf my tastes have changed so much and these bars tick that yummy box big time now ... as do cacao nibs in clotted cream. In fact 1/4 Ketone bar crumbled in clotted cream or coconut kefir with a few cacao nibs and a couple of crushed blueberries / raspberries is devine ...I plan on using them wisely to get maximum ketosis effect when out hiking, travelling abroad etc. too to get my money's worth. A Specialist Bar!

I follow a Keto diet. I have had 3 bars so far. I find it EXTREMELY sweet. I can't have more than one small square shape. If too sweet rocks your boat, fab! But not for me; I so regret buying such a big batch. It is overpriced. My worst amazon purchase so far.

These keto bars are amazing for those of you with a sweet tooth. I've been on a Keto diet for over 4 months with my weight slowly but steadily decreasing and finding the right keto desserts has always been a challenge. I give myself a quota of 1 bar max per day and it works really well as dessert or as a mid day snack. The bar is VERY filling and will destroy whatever sugar cravings you have. Some people have problems with sweeteners acting like laxatives but I've never experienced any digestive issues with these bars. The bar is so filling that by the end I'm taking small bites to finish it and I don't feel hungry anymore.There's currently a 25% promotion for these bars which I have made use of. At £22 for 12 bars the price is nice and I can't complain but the typical price of £30 feels a bit steep.
