Hello, Unlike cultivated blueberries, wild blueberries are quite costly to grow due to the large amount of acreage that they require and the high labor costs to harvest. Our drying method is unique in that it requires a very low heat to evaporate the moisture which helps retain the nutritional content. I can't speak of other brands, but I know I will only offer to my customers a product that I myself have extensively researched that is pesticide-free, additive-free and am very comfortable with the growing/manufacturing process. How many cups is a 4 ounce bag?

Hello, There is just under two cups approx. of dried wild blueberries in a 4oz bag, which equals approx. 3-3.5 cups of fresh wild blueberries. Enjoy! Rebecca

How would these work with overnight oats? Would soaking them overnight make them plump and juicier?

They We’re perfect in homemade granola. I did add maple syrup and cashew milk which rehydrated the blueberries. I think it would do the same in overnight oats.
