How is this product used? On a cotton and then wipe face or put on face and rub all over and then wash with water?

I usually just rub it on my face with my hands then wash off with water, however a cotton ball for applying might not be a bad idea. Not sure how much would get absorbed into the cotton and not get on your face.

Would you recommend this for oily skin? I use very little make up but they still say you should use two cleansers. Is this just a make up remover?

I have very oily skin and I use it to as a make up remover. Just a few pumps in your palm and massage it then rinse. Follow with cleanser of your choice

Is this good for dry skin?

I have dry skin myself, I use the oil cleaner then the creame face wash. Then I continue with my regimen. The oil cleanser isn’t a one-step thing. To avoid dry out follow with a good moisturizer on damp skin love. Check out my ig if you have skin care questions! @Yokocola
