These little drops are just fabulous. Store them in the freezer and drop them in the glass. Your drink stays nice and chilled without getting watered down. Disappointed with the packaging. I wish it was more giftable. VitaMax is a very weird brand to have on a wine product. The giant "Made in China" sticker doesn't help either. Couldn't it be printed small somewhere?

The perfect way to chill your white wine without an ice cube melting in it or looking tacky! Just be careful with them in fine glassware, they are heavy and if DROPPED in, will crack the glass.

Purchased as a Christmas gift but believe the receiver will love it.

I love to have company over. All the better if that little gathering is an impromptu one. I have no pride.... my home is not the home of a compulsive cleaner. With a bunch of dogs and cats I am lucky when there is just a marginal mess in the house. My house is rarely dirty per se, but it is often messy. As I said, I have no pride. I will have guests over when its a mess. Today is a beautiful spring day. I may well have a bunch of folks over for dinner and we'll crack open a bottle or two of wine and cook some gourmet food on the grill. Now here's the rub.... I don't always have wine chilling and often I use the wine that guests bring over which also isn't chilled. That's fine if you're serving meat and cracking open a red wine. More often than not we're cooking fish and shellfish and cracking open the sauvignon blanc.Here's where the VitaXtreme Chill Drops come in super handy. First of all, I like how these feel.... good weight, nice shape and smooth. Not that I should be fondling them because they belong IN the drink, but the first time I tested them I had to get a sense of their feel. So how well do they work.... brilliantly! They chill the wine ALMOST to the same temperature of an ice cube and if you put in more than one they may surpass ice cube temps. But unlike ice cubes, these wont water down your wine. You get good chilled wine, not watery wine down to the last drop.I am not a wine drinker so I had others testing these for me. As best as anyone could tell these little silver drops never came clanging to the edge of the glass and hitting teeth. Translation: No teeth were chipped in the testing of these drops. Nor did the glasses break, but here is where I need to state my disclaimer..... I live in a house with a few cats who lay in wait for someone to place a glass down so they can throw it to the floor. We learned years ago to replace ALL of our glasses with polycarbonate dopplegangers. So, if you want to know how these would do with wineglasses made of actual glass, you will need to read someone else's review. I am guessing however that these would not be on the market if glasses were breaking right and left during product testing.BOTTOM LINE: if you need an impromptu chill for your liquids I can highly recommend these. At fifteen dollars they are priced just at the high end of what I would consider reasonable for this sort of item. Keep a few sets in your fridge. Complimentary review sample received.
