Very easy assembly but we found it a bit on the heavy side (not as young as we used to be!) so for us it was a two person job. Can be a bit fiddly aligning the bolt holes. Apart from that, an excellent item. Nice and sturdy and powder coated so I guess that you could leave it outdoors if you wanted.Consider putting something under the legs as the 90deg angle of the square tube is what comes in to contact with the ground. We have ours on artificial turf and it has dug a quite considerably deep impression into it.

Arrived with a slightly damaged box. Product inside was fine as well wrapped in clear polythene. The package is very heavy so be warned it requires a two person lift. The frame was easy to build with assistance to support the upright arms which hold the hammock.Really pleased with the finished item, it is strong, stable and looks great. It holds both myself and wife with ease, thoroughly recommend.

Having purchased my hammock first, I discovered that I needed a stand that was big enough for it. After a week of research, I came across this stand and ordered it. I have no regrets. This hammock stand is elegant to look at even when there’s no hammock attached, which is lucky as it’s huge and hard to miss! Very sturdy and showing no signs of weather damage after a rainy month of being in the garden. My double hammock works a treat hanging in the stand, it’s a great place to be :-) Get one, you’ll be happy you did.PS You’ll need two pairs of hands to assemble it, unless you are a gigantic octopus with opposable thumbs.

It was slightly short for my 360cm hammock however a knot on each end of the hammock resolved this. It looks great and is very sturdy. The wide legs mean there is no wobble even when the kids swing each other- and they are pretty crazy with it! My partner put it together and said it was pretty straightforward. It looks good too. Really pleased!
