A friend <wink wink> turned 50 a few years ago. Suddenly his body changed, he gained weight, and found out those false rumors of men over 50, get fat deposits right in their gut, and big like hiding a basketball under you shirt.SADLY THIS LIFE LONG FALSE RUMAR IS >> TOTALLY TRUE ACCURATE - IN FACT THE WEIGHT IN THE BELLY GUT IS BIGGER THAN EVEN TALL TALES I HEARD ALL MY LIFE.THUS I BOUGHT THE BIDY TRIMMER.I figured it would be way too small.SHOCKING, IT WAS TOO BIG FOR MY "FRIEND WITH AN AGING MALE WEIGHT PROBLEM"I BOUGHT WHITE SO I can wear under a white t shirt without as much obvious that black would show.NOTE I began and will return this purchase. I plan to buy it again in a smaller size. Still in shock any product would be too big after gaining 75 plus pounds in a year and a half.

Im 5'11 215 ish I am a size 36 in good pants and a 38 in dress and slacks type of clothes... lol. Haha. I ordered an XL.. fits perfectly. It feels good and does hold it in..if in doubt go a big size hopefully this has helped I went big and fits perfect. And now to test it to the max.

For reference: I am 6’2” and 310 pounds. I got the XXL. When I received it, it looked a little small, and it really was! The stitching unraveled a bit, but it still works.I wish it was more true to size than it states! I would have gone with a XXXL if it was offered!Hope this helps!

Despite using the measurements on the chart, my husband could not get these past his knee. So degrading. Finally talked him into trying these. Seriously getting angry over shapewear being made for people who do not need it. Some smaller persons absolutely have shapewear needs. ALL heavy people do. Will be returning.

I'll start with the good. It cinched my waist very well. I bought it to wear under a tailored three piece suit in which the vest felt a tad tight. It compressed my midsection just enough for the vest to fit more comfortably. Now for the bad. I could have honestly used one size smaller on my stomach but the size I bought was already FAR too small on my legs and crotch. In order to wear it for an entire afternoon I had to. It the crotch out of it, there was zero room or give in the crotch area. Worked for the night but I doubt I'll get another use out of it.

It is made of good material, seems to fit a little more snug than I thought it would. Have worn it in the gym a few times, works as expected.

I absolutely love this product it does wonders for holding my stomach in and slimming my waist down at least a full size. I'll be honest I bought a size smaller than I am and I think that made all the difference I have bought these shaper things before true to my size and I feel like they don't do anything for slimming, this really works and the smaller size sucks my stomach way in although it is a little more uncomfortable but not that bad.

Much more than I expected...looked too small out of the box, but fit perfectly - great elasticity, durable construction and most importantly, wears well during workouts, generating heat and inducing perspiration.
