You can go for these seeds..It's as good as you get in the shop..First I was skeptical about the presentation and quality but I have been using it myself and they are very good in quality..Also value for money.. No need to buy the costlier versions..

Quality of seeds is descent. Around 3-4% of the seeds have their hard shell unremoved. This gives an annoying experience in consuming them. Except this little annoyance, it's a satisfactory product.

Watermelon seeds were fine but would not recommend as ther were many seeds with the skin. I had ordered pumpkin and sunflower seeds too as they were good without any issue. it's just this product I found many watermelon seeds with skin you can imagine one or two seeds in the entire scoop and suddenly while chewing you will get irritated.

I got it for Rs 199. Watermelon seeds are very good for us. They are low in calories, a good source of magnesium, iron. Soon after I learned that my hemoglobin count is low I have started to have this daily. Hoping this will help. These watermelon seeds are so tasty, neat and clean.
