Does not "Look So Real!"
The food is tiny and most of it does NOT look "real." I returned this set and bought a different multi-set from ToysRUs, which I loved. Everything in THAT set was life-size and looked like the real thing.

My two year old loved!! She loves making creations and of course ...
My two year old loved!! She loves making creations and of course eating them! I like that she can create her own ice creams because the "ice cream" comes off of the cone and she can interchange the colors. However, it is not super durable play food, but also not dollar store kind either... very much in the middle as far as quality. I'd buy again just because it's so cute.

Let Their Imaginations and Little Hands Go to Work!
I had noticed my 5-yr old granddaughter liked to spend a lot of time assembling various 'dishes' when she played 'kitchen.' This birthday set allows for a good deal of assembly with the bonus element of a festive birthday theme! What fun to see the combinations she can create! This set is a colorful change from the ordinary play food sets that are in her play kitchen.

WORST Quality Play Food I've Ever Purchased! Would cost me $15 to return it! DO NOT BUY!
This is the worst quality play food I've ever purchased. It is not worth $30. Based on the product description, and customer reviews, I expected it to be a similar quality to the brand Learning Resources which I usually buy. Learning Resources is quality play food that looks real. This is NOT. I contacted the company and they issued me a return label but it would cost $15 to ship it back - that's crazy! I contacted the amazon a-z guarantee and they will not help because they claim the item is not defective. Then this company responded saying they wished I had contacted them first, before trying the amazon a-z guarantee... I DID and all they did was issued the return label but I shouldn't have to pay $15 to return it! Additionally, the items are not all on the same scale - there is one large ice cream cone and the rest are tiny. The large ice cream cone didn't come with any ice cream that fits into the cone (what kid wants to play with just a cone?) so maybe this set was just missing parts. But the quality is terrible. Don't waste your money. After reading the other reviews it made me wonder if some are people who just work for this company. I WISH THE COMPANY WOULD JUST REFUND MY MONEY AS I REQUESTED THE DAY I RECEIVED THE ORDER!
