I have been taking this for awhile and i believe its been helping me with my curves. I take it at night mostly and noticed my body has gotten a lot curvier. My diet hasn't really changed and this was the only supplement i was taking. I couldn't find any research on it helping with curves but it definitely helped with mine. I also noticed my skin looks better and tighter.

I have taken MegaX which is Omega from Plexus for several years; however, I recently read an article about Omega 7 and the benefits are tremendous. Good for cholesterol, heart HDL/LDL, inflammation, weight and metabolic syndrome to name a few. I just received my first bottle today and I'm excited to see how well this works so I will give another review soon.
