It works, but could be better.
It does the job but isn't very flexible or forgiving. The wheels are hard plastic and the stick itself is pretty firm. If you're extra sore, it doesn't help you get the deep tension without bringing some extra pain.

I bought a dozen of these to take over to Swaziland , Africa on a missions trip. I was pleasantly surprised at the durability. These will last a very long time with regular use. They are a little stiffer than some sticks, however were great to purchase and leave with the Timbalicraft women. I am a physical therapist

It works ok and feels durable. BUT, the wheels squeak and binds. Definitely annoying and does not roll well.

Pay for better rollers
The Rollers don't roll very good, it's basically just a stick, so you can get a massage, but its indistinguishable from rubbing a metal bar over your legs

Excellent alternative to the much more expensive rollers. It is heavy, and the rollers remain mobile even with a lot of force applied. Great product.
