Q: Can I use it while I lift weight e.g. deadlifts, squats, and bench presses?

For me as a CrossFitter it real helps in sorness coming from the big lifts. It was even a part for my shoulder recovery!

The Marc Pro Plus features a high frequency pain control setting that’s intended on shutting down pain in arms, legs, back, and other joints. This setting will feel like a constant “buzzing” sensation that provides lasting pain relief (1-4 hours after a session). A TENS unit will only mask the pain while the device is hooked up and turned on. Fancy gimmic reiventing the wheel

You can achieve the same results with an NMES unit at lower intensities for long duration much cheaper.

There is only one setting and program. Other brands are much cheaper, have different programs, and operate via Bluetooth controlled from your phone.
