There's a huge range of sleeping bags on the market, and many of them are of excellent quality and durability. However, if you're six-and-a-half feet tall, and wide to match, most won't fit you. Until recently I've been using the down-filled, military-issue bag I've had since the 80s, but it's really past its best (as am I). I didn't want to spend a fortune on a bag that might not fit me, so I thought it was worth gambling forty quid on this one.Yes, it's gigantic, as the ad says. You could fit two ordinary people in it. And, yes, it really is bright orange. You'd be hard pressed to lose it. It's not mummy-shaped like most modern bags -- despite the ad -- it's a gently-tapered rectangle. If you're even approximately a normal shape, you're going to have a lot of room at the foot end. Room for a pet, maybe.There are two problems, however. First, the filling is not very thick. If it were duck-down or something like that, you might get away with it. But with a synthetic filling, the bag on its own is really only suitable for warm-weather use. You could use it with a liner, of course, in colder weather -- ideally a close-fitting one, because it's going to be hard for your body heat to warm up all the empty space at the foot end.Second, the quality of construction does not seem all that wonderful. Right from the start the zip sticks, and I'm reluctant to tug on it in case the fabric tears. It really does feel as if the stitching might give way.My previous bag lasted for thirty years, in some quite hostile conditions. Nothing about this bag gives me any confidence that it will do the same. However, I'm willing to be proven wrong.In short -- it seems to be a perfectly serviceable sleeping bag for light use, in relatively mild conditions.

Not used in the field yet as only just received it, that said my initial impression from inspection out of the box is positive. I Purchased the left zip bag together with the right zip version of the same colour so we could join them up. These bags are roomy on their own but when zipped together they create a HUGE and very spacious double bag. The wife an I are both "big boned" and found we could have easily fit another person in the middle of us. Our 8y daughter and dog climbed in with us when we were checking the bags for size. We choose the orange colour for both bags mainly due to the cheaper price offered on them. That said the orange colour is very appealing and gives the bags a bit of classic camping class. The zips were easy to undo and didn't snag as easily as other bags I've had. Packing them back into the compression sacks was easy enough without any real effort required to shove them back in. The filling appears well distributed with no lumps. In my opinion they feel thick enough for late spring and summer use, maybe more? cannot confirm until field tested. Looking for a junior version of this bag now for the daughter, shame they don't do the vagas junior in the orange.

I'm 182cm tall but very broad across the shoulders, and normal mummy sleeping bags just aren't big enough. I've put up with one that's too small for years, but I now spend 20 or more nights each year in a tent and being comfortable is important. This bag gives me a few inches of room either side, so I can roll over and move comfortable, and is long enough that I can slide down into the bag without my feet being compressed in the bottom. Strongly recommended.

This says it is suitable to -2 to -12, not in the slightest and not even near to those temps. I'd say it was more of a 2 season sleeping bag. This is a thin sleeping bag and is only good for summer.It's a very large bag that can easily fit two people inside or one if you move around a lot in your sleep.

If I could I’d give it a zero. After using it no more than a week in various places the seams have come off with the inner material starting to come out. For the price, never expected such a poor quality item.

Great Sleeping bag, I received the Left Zip one in error but was not too precious about which way it opened. The sleeping bag is great! There is so much room to move in the sleeping bag and it is really warm. I have not tried this product outdoors and have no intention either, this has been used for crashing on people couches and floors when visiting.

When the sleeping bag arrived I was hoping it was the size it claimed to be and I so wasn't disappointed I'm 6ft 1" and the bag fits me a lot with plenty of room, the only down side is I thought the sleeping bag would have been more fluffy with padding and not so flat looking.

We've had a couple of these bags for over 3 years we zip them together to make a large double. They've only had about 4 weeks use in all that time. First impressions were great, the bags are very roomy and comfortable but packed down to quite a small size. However please note that these bags are at best a 2 season bag and not suitable for cold weather. Also the cloth inside one of the bags has started to part along the baffling and one of the zips refuses to stay up, causing an unsettling night.

Grund des Kaufs:Ich habe den Schlafsack für ein Segeltörn gekauft. Da ich Bauch- und Seitenschläfer bin, benötige ich Platz im Schlafsack. Daher habe ich mich für eine Eiform entschieden.Gebrauch:Aufgrund seiner Materialien hatte ich nie das Gefühl, dass er die vorherrschende Feuchtigkeit annimmt. Einmal wurde eher ungeplant nass. Nach dem Aufhängen in der Sonne war er innerhalb von 1 Stunde wieder trocken. Das Innen Material ist nicht super weich, aber für zarte Haut trotzdem noch erträglich. Das zusammenpacken des Schlafsackes erweist sich manchmal recht schwierig, da der mitgelieferte Beutel unelastisch und sehr eng ist. Es scheint manchmal so das die Nähte fast reißen. Ich denke dass der Beuteln nicht lange halten wird. Besser wäre elastisches Material für den Beutel. daher ziehe ich einen Stern ab. Am Beutel ist zusätzlich noch einen Tragegriff angebracht, was sich als komfortabel herausgestellt hat.Qualität: Ich habe den Schlafsack jetzt zweimal gewaschen. Das erste Mal ist notwendig bevor man ihn nutzt, da er ein wenig chemisch riecht wenn er angeliefert wird. Nach dem Urlaub gab es die zweite Reinigung. Leider hat sich jetzt gezeigt dass die Qualität nicht die beste ist. Im unteren Bereich (letztes Segment) hat sich das Innenfutter so gelöst dass nun Der Wärmeschutz nicht an allen Stellen gewährleistet werden kann. Ich habe teilweise nur noch das bloße Außenmaterial mit Innenmaterial übereinanderliegend. Ich werde wahrscheinlich den Schlafsack zu einem Schneider bringen, der sich das ganze mal anschauen soll. Daher ziehe ich ein weiteren Stern ab.

Ich finde diesen Schlafsack super. Da ich gerne und oft angeln, sowie Zelten fahre, brauchte ich dringend einen neuen Schlafsack, da der andere schon sehr alt ist.Dieser Schlafsack ist sogar viel besser, als der alte. Man hat genug Platz in ihm und kann sich sogar noch ohne Probleme bewegen oder drehen, ohne das Gefühl zu haben eingeengt zu sein. Wir haben bei Temperaturen um die 0 Grad gezeltet und man hat die Kälte garnicht gespürt, da es super warm in dem Schlafsack ist. Der Transport ist auch kein Problem, da er nicht viel Platz einnimmt.Habe nichts zu bemängeln (:

Das Gute vorweg: dieser Schlafsack ist tatsächlich bequem für große Leute - in meinem Fall 186 cm. Einmal eingeschlafen merkt man bis zum anderen Morgen nicht mehr, dass man sich in einem Schlafsack bewegt (das tut man bei der Größe ganz entspannt).Negativ: Das Füllmaterial ist billig, die Steppung mangelhaft, der Reißverschluss gerade so. Nach 2 Jahren hier und da mal benutzt, ist das Füllmaterial ein dünner durchsichtiger Fließ, die Steppung geht leider durch den Fließ, was bedeutet, dass an jeder Naht die Wärme rausgeht. Die Komfortzone (in normalen Schlafklamotten) endet bei 12-15 Grad. Der Innenstoff schabt sich ab, insbesondere dort, wo der Klettverschluss an ihn herankam.Also eigentlich schade, dass sie eine so bequemen Schlafsack nicht besser verarbeiten wollten. Ich hätte ein paar Euro draufgelegt und auch etwas mehr Gewicht riskiert - so aber kaufte ich bei der Konkurrenz etwas Solideres und hebe das Stück für Sommer-Camping auf.

Il sacco è molto ampio, ma si tratta di una cinesata!Dall'odore che ha quando arriva (puzza di plastica!), alle finiture (cuciture i imprecise), per finire con i materiali (poveri).Lo paragono ad sacchi a pelo che ho (ne ho altri 3). Il Coleman con imbottitura in hollofiber e un vaude in piuma d'oca. pagati molto di più ma con qualità nettamente superiore!Questo è un sacco per un uso occasionale, utile per chi non ama sentirsi stretto! Ci sta dentro pure cuscino!

La descrizione del prodotto parlava di un sacco a pelo di dimensioni XXL mentre quello consegnato è una taglia L con dimensioni ridotte rispetto a quelle segnalate. Il prodotto presenta un forte odore di umidità perché evidentemente è stato conservato in un luogo non idoneo. A parte questi 2 problemi di non poco conto la manifattura del sacco a pelo sembra di buona qualità.

Ich habe mir diesen Schlafsack gekauft, weil mir die Standard-Größe immer etwas zu eng war und ich Probleme hatte, bei Bedarf den Reißverschluß zu öffnen. In diesem Schlafsack habe ich nun mehr als ausreichend Platz, so dass ich mich fast zweimal hineinlegen könnte (173 cm/ 85 kg). Der Vorteil der engeren Ausgabe war der, dass dieser schneller die Wärme reflektierte. Das braucht jetzt etwas länger, funktioniert aber nicht minder gut. Übernachten bei ca. 9 Grad Celsius war kein Problem. Ich habe zu keinem Zeitpunkt gefroren. Ob ich ihn wieder kaufen würde? Ganz sicher

Está bien de tamaño aunque tampoco tan grande como esperaba. La tela exterior es bastante fina, la interior no es muy suave ni de un tacto muy agradable, todo lo contrario de lo anunciado.En cuanto a los colores, el exterior naranja está muy bien aunque ligeramente transparente, el interior no es gris, sino tiene un tono verdoso.Hay algunos hilos sin cortar, pero en general se ve de un acabado en condiciones.El relleno es de este tipo de fibra artificial que te abriga bien en su punto justo de temperatura ambiental (sobre los 15 grados), pero te hace sudar si lo utilizas en ambientes mas calurosos. En fin, es un saco regular para el aficionado o para hacer camping en el jardín detrás de tu casa, pero no apto para condiciones extremas.

Trovo questo sacco a pelo davvero fantastico.L'uso che ne faccio io puo' sembrare strano dato che lo utilizzo regolarmente in casa in questo periodo (metà novembre).Ma essendo la casa senza riscaldamento e momentaneamente senza letto devo dire che questo sacco a pelo mi ha salvata perché è comodissimo, caldo e avvolgente.. e ogni notte mi regala una bellissima sensazione di tepore e calore...Eccezionale.. consigliatissimo.. sia per il calore che per la comodità di larghezza che permette di muoversi liberamente una volta posizionati all'interno.

Ein sehr geraeumiger Schlafsack mit viel Bewegungsfreiheit und auch das naechtliche auf die Seite drehen wird in diesem Schlafsack nicht zur akrobatischen Meisterleistung. Das Innenmaterial fuehlt sich angenehm an und der Schlafsack macht hinsichtlich Verarbeitung und verwendeter Materialien einen sehr soliden Eindruck. Besondere Erwaehnung sollte der grosse Beutel finden, so dass das Zusammenrollen und Einpacken ganz bequem moeglich macht. Daher wird er auch wenn es ein XXL Schlafsack ist, gern auch vom Rest der Familie gern genommen. Bei Aussentemperaturen von 10-15 Grad ist der Schlafsack sehr zu empfehlen. Gefuehlt hat der Schlafsack nach unten aber noch Reserven, was ich als Schoenwettercamper aber noch nicht ausprobiert habe. Von den 4 bei uns in Benutzung befindlichen Schlafsaecken, ist der Skandika derjenige, der sich nach regnerischer Nacht nicht mehr klamm anfuehlt. Werde mir fuer die Familie noch einen Weiteren zulegen.

GRANDE . Questa è la impressione quando lo apri la prima volta. Ho avuto modo di collaudarlo ma non in severe condizioni. (camera b&b senza riscaldamento) ha funzionato egregiamente. io sono alto 190. Dentro si sta comodi ed è veramente confortevole. CONSIGLIATISSSSSSSIMO !!!!

Der Schlafsack ist superbequem, extra breit und einfach nur klasse!Ich habe mich für den Schlafsack entschieden, weil ich es einfach hasse in normalen Schlafsäcken so eingeengt zu sein. Ich brauche meine Beinfreiheit und möchte mich umdrehen können ohne den ganzen Schlafsack zu drehen und dann das Kopfteil im Gesicht liegen zu haben.Das bekomme ich alles mit diesem Schlafsack!Wer also gerne Zelten geht aber noch nicht den richtigen Schlafsack gefunden hat, denen kann ich den hier nur wärmstens empfehlen!Man passt auch zu zweit rein ;)

Ein toller XXL-Schlafsack, welcher für diese Größe auch noch recht leicht ist.Die Qualität und der Preis stimmen. Ohne Probleme ist der Schlafsack wiederin den Kompressionsbeutel zu bekommen. Wer einen großen Schlafsack suchtund weiß, dass diese logischerweise niemals so warm sind wie engeMumienschlafsäcke, kann hier bedenkenlos zugreifen.

Ich habe den Schlafsack sofort ausgepackt und aufgemacht um alles zu überprüfen, die Verarbeitun außen sah schon komisch aus.Innen war es allerdings noch weit aus schlimmer, die Nähte waren sehr schlecht vernäht, man konnte mit leichtigkeit den Stoff etwas ziehen und das innen Futter sehen, in der Mitte des Schlafsackes war ein große Stelle, da sah es aus, als ob der Stoff sich auftrottelt.Echt die größte sauerei die ich je erlebt habe und das für den Preis!

Viel Platz auch für große Leute.Bei meinen 1,96 habe ich auch noch angenehm Platz von der Länge und die breite ist wirklich angenehm. Das Material im Inneren ist wirklich angenehm weich und fühlt sich sanft auf der Haut an.Mehrere Tage habe ich jetzt probegeschlafen und bin mehr als zufrieden.Für den Preis ein wirklich fairer Deal.

Hatte den Schlafsack fürs Camping gekauft. Er ist warm, schön groß und ich habe super darin geschlafen. Leider stimmt was in den anderen Rezensionen steht. Nach einer Woche darin schlafen gingen mehrere Nähte auf. Hab ihn jetzt zum nähen zu meiner Mum gebracht aber sie hat wenig Hoffnung. Sehr schade. Für diesen Preis kann man erwarten das die Nähte halten.
