Fits snuggly and I feel like it will protect the mattress. I was difficult to get on, however I was doing this by myself, I can be stubborn and did't want to wait for help. We have used it for about 2 weeks, so far It is working up to my liking. We shall see down the road.

I bought these for protection from spills. They are a soft fabric. It does hold air when you first put it on the mattress, so I guess if air can't get through, liquids should not either. After putting on the mattress, I had to open the zipper a little bit, then roll around on top of mattress to work the air out of the case, then zip it the rest of the way up. I have a new 12" deep queen size mattress, and this is baggy with plenty more room for a thicker mattress.

This was bought for my guest room queen size bed. The item feels a little thin, but the fabric is very soft to the touch. It zippers on 2 sides of the mattress. Overall it didn't seem heavy duty but I thought it should be fine for light use.Unfortunately, I had a guest stay overnight because they couldn't drive from drinking. I didn't worry too much because I have hardwood floors and what I thought was a waterproof mattress cover on the bed. The person got sick throughout the night. I thought cleanup would be easy...no, it soaked through the blanket, sheets, and mattress cover! We spent an hour with the carpet/upholstery cleaner. I even had to use a little diluted bleach to get the smell out of the mattress.I gave it 3 stars because the fabric was soft, it was fairly priced, the cover had room for thicker more plush mattresses, and it washed (hot with bleach) and dried well.I do not recommend this cover for anything more than light protection for a guest bed. I don't think it could hold up to young children, pets, or heavy spills.

Its really waterproof! I use it for my kindergarten son who sometimes forgets to wake up at night to use the bathroom. Has held up well to multiple washes and drys good. I had bought two other waterproof mattress pads from other brands and they leaked through and through with just a diaper explosion. With this cover, the bed is usually super dry despite leaks.

Received the product in two days with Prime. Easily installed and fit with additional room on my queen size 12" deep mattress. No issues with the zipper. Seems to be of good quality so I would recommend it.

Seems to be a decent product, and I was able to put it on our queen mattress myself. My boyfriend was concerned that it would take two people and a lot of time, in reality it took ten minutes and opposable thumbs. So far no bed bugs, hopefully they have been trapped inside the mattress and can't get us now.

Was huge for the queen bed I have, but I do like it. I just put another slip over cover that fits like a glove over it, so mattress is safe

This cover went on easily and covered the entire deep pocket mattress. It is larger than the sheets, but the excess hangs below the pad. Glad to have purchased it. Keeps mites/allergens off the pad.
