I bought a small barrel that needed one of these tools to open it. I incorrectly assumed I'd just find something I could use instead of buying one of these, I mean what do I know, I've never bought anything like that before, but yeah, no way haha. I made a mess out of the plug using some stupid things and still couldn't get it open. So, I gave in and decided to just buy the the correct tool... I was so afraid that this tool was going to be expensive, but wow, this thing was relatively inexpensive, it's also very strong because it's made out of metal, and it has made my life so much easier by easily opening that dang barrel. If you need one, just buy it. It's totally worth it.

Fits, functions as expected, strong material, not too heavy.

This bung wrench is much better than the plastic ones, it's no where as tough as the solid brass or steel wrenches I use at work, but it's great for my home water storage project.

I needed this to be able to open and seal the bung on some 55 gallon plastic barrels. I can get them to open and to seal with this tool but it does not seem to fit correctly. I don't know if I ordered the wrong part or it just doesn't fit correctly but I have been able to get the plug out and back in securely using this product. It does kind of cause minor damage to the bung

I am a Maintenance Mechanic working in Plant Operations department at a hospital. Part of my responsibility is to ensure the boilers have the proper chemical mixture. Our chemicals come in 55 gallon plastic barrels. This aluminum bunghole wrrnch is incredibly light weight. In fact it weighed next to nothing! At first I was disappointed, nonetheless I proceeded to try it out. Much to my surprise it held up! I opened and closed barrels without any problem. Not having to lug around a heavy steel wrench all the time and still get work done is a plus!

It is a little heavier than the plastic versions i have. If you are using these daily then this is a great purchase
