Its fair enough to say that this company emblyee are nice and professional and they attempt to treat their customers sincerely. I got this kit with some missing parts. However, I contacted them and they sent me the missing part as well as the whole refund in order to satify me. I really appreciate that and I do recommend this provider. About the quality of the electric wax heater, honestly I can't judge right now but it seems very doable and good one.

this is a BARGAIN, husband is lab tech, I am dentist, he goes thru these things and this is a steal, and he loves having two different tippy things hot at once to do different shapes, he says five stars * * * * * !!!!

The tips does not fit properly in the handle, the shape is really bad and bad designed. The handle gets hot, it is super uncomfortable to work while feeling the heat on your fingers, plus the plastic in the handles is POOR quality, its loose. It was a waste of money, its better to invest a little more and get better and safer quality!!!
