I see no washing instructions, how do i clean?

not sure I have not had to clean it yet. I just wipe it down after every use.

Would this carrier be okay for a leopard gecko?

Anything small ... kittens.. gerbils, geckos ... over 10 lbs it will be kinda small.

Do the zippers lock or clip together?

No and if u zip it where they come together at the top they can unzip it. Otherwise if the zippers meet at the side they stay. It's a nice carryier.
