Source nails first.
This is a good grey market tool/discontinued tool. Here’s the most important thing you need to know - there are no Hitachi nails and Fuel Cells available for it. That said, it does work with Ramset TrackFast nails and fuel BUT... they are also getting harder to find. I strongly suggest you check with Ramset or Fastenall to make sure the nail length you need are still available.I needed a back up for my Powers TrackIt but didn’t want to buy used or a crazy expensive new Powers (garbage customer/dealer since Dewalt bought them out) or Hilty to sit around as a back up.The gun works really well but if you need a nail gun to bang all day it sucks that it only comes with one battery.I found a few boxes of nails and for the price, of the gun saves me two days of down timeWhile my other one is in for service then it’s paid for itself.
