Wonderful product! This wax heats up easily and fast. I put it in the microwave for 1 minute and it was more than hot enough! Make sure to leave time for the wax to cool just a little. The container is very convenient with a snap top. Opening the container for the first time may be difficult because the pull tab is very stubborn. You will need to buy more sticks to spread the wax. They come with two, which was nice! The directions are not very first time wax users. There is no time set to know how long to heat the wax. Also, the wax strips are really big. You maximize the most use of the wax strips by using the front and back and also trying to pull more hair at the same area with leftover wax on the strip. Although the easier solution would be is to cut them beforehand. Overall, this product is great! I only rated this 4 stars because of the pull tab for the jar when first opening and the huge wax strips.**I received this product in exchange for an honest unbiased review**

Lack of crucial information, especially in online product description! After reading glowing reviews, I bought this for use on my chin. After receiving it, I found that the instructions on the jar specifically said "Not for use on face." This important information is NOT in the product description here on Amazon! I would never have bought it had I known that in advance. Please, PLEASE revise the online description to at least specify that it is for arms and legs, and preferably to mention that it is not for use on the face. Seller, you only need to add less than 10 words to do this.I decided to try it anyway, and I found the instructions on the jar to be vague. It does say to use the lowest power on the microwave, but it does not specify for how long. As others have said, the temperature felt fine to the touch at first, but the product was astoundingly hot when applied to the skin.On the plus side, I was happy to realize that it cleaned up with water.

I am from Brazil and I had hard time finding a wax similar to the ones I used there. I am not a fan of hardwaxing because it always breaks my hairs instead of removing it. I bought this wax and it's the best one I found so far, easy to apply and effective.It came in a box with waxing strips and two wooden wax sticks, what is very good if you don't have the material and don't want to buy it.The only issue I had was that the package was damaged, so the container cracked a little bit on the corner, but was only a minor issue so I didn't bothered returning.This is a very high quality wax, it warms up really easily in the microwave (about 40 seconds when the container is full and less time depending at the amount of wax you have in there) and is really simple to use. You don't need to put a layer too tick in your skin to remove the hair as the hardwaxes require. I used this one for my armpits, legs and to remove a couple of facial hairs. It worked like a charm. I'm very satisfied with this wax and I'll be buying more since this is the closest I could get from the sugar-based waxes I used in Brazil.That's how I use it:- Apply the wax on your skin with the hairs in a moderate warm temperature, so your pores will open with the warmth and will be easier to remove the hairs (Remember that the hairs can't be too long or too short or waxing won't work. You should put enough wax to cover the hairs completely.)- Put the strip above the area and press with your knuckles for 10 seconds until you can see the wax soaking through it- Pull the strip in the opposite direction to the hairs in a quick movement- Wash you skin with warm water to clean the residues.You can reapply the wax to remove any hairs that resist, but don't do it more then two times or you'll damage your skin. Most of the hairs will become loose from the pore after you wax, so if you have only a few remaining, instead of using another layer of wax you can use a tweezer and they will come out very easily.If you follow those steps, I can guarantee you will be able to wax any area of your body with sucess using this wax! 5 stars product!

I bought this to use on my chin. It would not remove any hair in that area. I tried it on my arm and it did remove hair easily from that area, but it didn't seem to pull the hair from the roots, rather just ripping the hair that was grown out of the skin. It also left a light bumpy rash in that area of my arm for a couple of days that eventually went away.The wax does melt well and is easily applied, but I didn't work for me in the way I wanted it to.

Disclaimer: My first time waxing, ever. It was an okay product to use for my first time. I had to reheat a few times and I had to buy extra strips in order to do my full legs. I'm not sure if it's because it was my first time ever waxing or maybe how I used it but the hair grew back ingrown and really irritated. Gave a good review because the product did what it claimed and was easy to use.

Doesn't seem to work so well unless you let your hair grow a bit which I don't like. However I have plans on using it on my husbands "extra hair" as well as for myself when I can spend more time with it.

This is one of the best waxes Ive tried. It is very gentle on my very sensitive skin and I had no bumps or rush or blemishes occured after using it. My hair grows very fast and I can see this wax definitely has something that slows down the growth. I dont use microwave so I dont own one therefore i had to warm it up with letting it sit in a hot boiled oil for over 5 minutes then use it so i had to repeat these steps for few times while I was waxing my legs. It was a little time consuming but for the results it was worthed. I also washed the wax wipes after used them as the wax being soluable made it so easy to clean them. The jar is pretty big so you get a good amount of the product at very affordable price! Definitely recommend to ladies that prefers waxing over any other hair removal methods that gives cuts or burns..overall just damaging the skin...
