The recipes in this are okay, although you could probably find most of them free elsewhere online. There aren't many recipes. I don't like that so many recipes call for coconut milk. The flavor and smell of coconut anything is so overpowering it leaves the end product tasting like coconut lip balm.

I liked quite a few of the recipes. I really liked the slushy ones.

A delicious array of vegan recipes: Most of them are sweet (obviously!) and simple. Ice cream never looked so simple!To gratify anyone wondering. The recipes are NOT all the same, substituting a single ingredient. Ice cream is a little more complicated then that. :)Some of the flavors are things i never would have imagined! Rose n Raspberry! Roasted peach! Lavender... lovely!For the sake of mentioning, for many of these, you WILL need an ice cream maker/churner. That's not really a big deal--you can buy them for pretty cheap. :) Make sure to buy some containers to put your new icecream in too!Once you start making your own ice cream, you'll never want to go back to the old type -- even if you aren't trying to eat vegan :)

Very easy to follow recipes. Delicious results. It’s a treat finding vegan ice cream recipes that are delicious.

I still like to have recipe books being that it makes it easy to find what you're looking for (and even discover new recipes you didn't know you were looking for) What I like about this one is that it introduces you to new combinations you would have never thought of on your own. I would have liked to have seen them incorporate the use of a Vitamix in variations of the recipes since that blender has an ice cream mode.

Vegan ice cream is delicious and you need only a few ingredients to make it. An ice cream maker, churner, or even a blender is needed to make delicious, vegan ice cream. It's great to know that ice cream can be delicious without dairy. Lavender and Roasted Peach Ice Cream are just of the recipes included. I highly recommend this eBook. #VeganRevolution

Recipes are clear and concise, also the step-by-step instructions are even more helpful. All of the ingredients can be found at your local grocery stores.
