Hard to find item found!!!
I have been a fan of Bruce’s sweet potato pancake mix for years. We can’t get it in Arizona, so we were ordering in bulk straight from Louisiana. (Shipping charges were insane).So happy to have found it on amazon! Just wish the price were a bit better

My absolute favorite sweet potato pancake mix! I hate that they aren't making it anymore. I cannot find anything as good as this one. All the other mixes have pumpkin spice or nutmeg in them which makes it taste more like a pumpkin pancake.
