Purple The Plush Pillow

It's perfect! Usually it takes me will over an hour or more to fall asleep, literally on the night I got it and put on a pillow case, I feel asleep within 5 minutes of laying down on it, no joke! I love how you can adjust the firmness or softness of it!

The zipper thing is minor, but even when it's in the 'soft' category it's still not as soft as other pillows I've had. Still though, it's a pretty good 'balanced' pillow. I like it and am going to keep it and sleep on it!

Update:I went to the Purple website and they sent me another pillow to replace the defective one. They really stand by their gaurantee.Customer service was wonderful!Not as supportive as I thought. It is very flat and after two months was as flat as the pillow I replaced and that was flat. Total garbage at a expensive price.

It started out great, in no time it squished down to nothing and was way too thin for my liking not offering enough support.

I love this pillow. I am picky about my pillows and had been purchasing $100+ pillows at mattress stores that were the right distance between my neck and shoulder. I like this pillow because of the cooling factor. However, I liked it most for being in between a firm and softer pillow. I've been buying firm pillows that have more stuffing in them, because I don't like it when my pillow go flats in the night. For this reason, a lot of the name brand pillows are awful for me. This one felt soft and sunk in a little when I first laid my head on it and was sure I'd wake up with a flat pillow. Since buying it, it's kept its plumpness, my neck ache is gone, and the associated headaches are gone too. Admittedly, I haven't tried it unzipped, because it's perfect as-is, but I suspect it will be the same thing if you unzip the sides. Overall, I highly recommend this pillow, especially if you're a picky pillow side sleeper like me.

Solid pillow. Purchased 2. I use it on the firmest setting.NOW...I purchased 2 one for me & one for my boyfriend. He didn't like his. I tried to return it & the never "processed or accepted" it. NEVER.I tried to file a claim, I tried to write the seller, I tried every way possible to get them to take tje return & they never did.So, consider the cost & the REAL chance you are stuck with it regardless of if you like it or not.

I am truly disappointed in the Purple pillow. It is too small, too soft and too thin. It does not provide the promised support and comfort they tout. I like the idea of adjustable firmness, but in practice it is an idea poorly executed and does not work. They claim the pillow will stay cool and comfortable. It does not. The pillow comes with a 100 night trial and it can be returned for a refund during that time period. I seriously doubt this pillow will make next week before I send it back.The pillow has been sent back. I could not bear another night of this expensive, uncomfortable pillow.

I sleep with many pillows because I have joint issues and toss & turn all night so I need ready joint support wherever I flip & flop_ I pick the ones up that fall on the floor when I get up to pee (6x/night)_I have neck seating issues too_ I'm like a Polar Bear stuck in Texas_ I'm melting_I need a Cold pillow....Enter Purple™ The plush Pillow:Zipped or Unzipped it is nowhere near Firm_ I like firm_ it's Not at all firm_ it's light and fluffy_I named the pillow 'Foo-Foo'_It's not a 'Cold Pillow' either_This pillow is like something that would come in a big box of Bedding (for a 3 yr old) that is a mess of Microfiber Hell_The only saving grace is that it seems to be a well made pillow_It shall be a Guest Pillow or just an extra throw pillow to toss on a bed or couch because it cannot keep my neck cool or even come close to the comfort of a down pillow_Nice Zipper gimmick
