Not even close to accurate.
I tested this unit and found it measured multiple people low by 40+ points. Great care was taken to ensure every instruction was followed. The results were astounding low, all below 110/60. I got an accurate read at my Dr Office, using his $1200 machine, it said my BP was 144/88, this machine said 102/50 OMG this is dangerously different. Do NOT trust this. I am also very suspicious that this unit has so many 5star ratings and not one bad rating (until mine I guess). Every other wrist monitor (including those from name brands) has no more than 75% 5Star and no less than 10% 1/2star. But this has perfect score?? very suspicous.

Inaccurate Readings
The audio is so loud and speaks so very slowly. No instructions to determine if there's a way to turn off or reduce audio volume. The biggest issue is that it doesn't accurately measure blood pressure. Within a five-minute period, I could have dangerously high blood pressure, then normal or low blood pressure. Never sure what was truly accurate. Sat on the return too long so I had to eat the cost, but wouldn't recommend it.

Very inaccurate not matter how hard we tried. I am a nurse and this was outrageous. Returned within 2 days.

Crap
First the instructions were printed so small I needed a magnifying glass. Then I kept getting varying readings. 140/90-210/130. My wife checked it with the old pump system and it was 140/90. She tried the digital wrist one on herself, she doesn’t have high blood pressure, and it read over 200.
