SEIKOMen's SNXF05 5 Automatic White Dial Stainless Steel Watch

The band in this photo is a solid link replacement. The original stamped sheet metal bracelet is hot garbage, AND it does not match the watch body because it was brushed (not polished).I love the movement because it ticks at a more gradual rate than a quartz. Everything in the watch face is aligned well and the graph lines are more subtle than the other SNK models, which I like.The taller case back does not bother me as much as I thought it would. If you're debating on buying an SNK or the SNX model, buy whichever looks better.Watch arrived fast and well protected. I really appreciate that Jomashop provides a traditional point-of-sale receipt to make it easy for you to register your watch with the manufacturer.I'm giving 5 stars despite the lack of water resistance because this watch was never meant or sold as a sport model. I trust it enough to wash my hands. Do not go swimming with it.

Es probable que sea una de las esferas más bonitas de un Seiko 5. Es blanca o plateada de acuerdo con el ángulo en el que la mires. También tiene el peor brazalete (los CASIO son muy superiores) y el más horrible cierre de todos los Seiko 5 que tengo, así que reemplazarlos por una correa en cuero o por un brazalete sólido es una necesidad.Como es costumbre, viene con manual y con tarjeta de garantía sin firmar. Lo compré por Jomashop que suele ser un vendedor confiable y ofrece buenos precios. Decidí comprarlo porque no sobrepasaba los 130 USD, más que eso hace que ya no valga la pena, sobre todo si se tiene en cuenta que debe gastarse un poco más de dinero en la nueva correa.

Beautiful date complication with blue coloring for saturdays and red for sundays. Gorgeous "graph paper" style background really makes this unique over other watches. Automatic mechanism makes this hassle free and and easy daily watch. The band is easy to take off in case you want to swap to something else - I now wear it on a NATO strap.

Absolutely beautiful dial and case, especially at this price point. Beautiful hands and dial pattern. Good lume. Compact; on the small side, which I like. A little difficult to set. Keeps good time.The bracelet feels like it came with a gumball from a vending machine. But that’s really minor as there are a ton of aftermarket options at reasonable prices.Overall, a super buy. I wear it often.

Watch arrived with bezel not fully inserted and clearly visible scuffs - looked as if someone had removed the bezel and put it back sloppily. I had to carefully push it back in all the way against a flat surface. Needless to say the watch is not water resistant at all. The band is cheap folded links and the 19mm size makes finding replacements a headache. But, the dial is absolutely gorgeous and the movement itself is great. Seiko automatic watches kill me with their accessible price point and beautiful design and their cheap, fragile bands. I'd like to say I've had it with them but I know this won't be my last one.

I ordered this watch based upon the price.It’s actually a very nice timepiece. However my wrist is around 7.5 inches and the diameter of the watch is smaller than I care for. I enjoy BIG watches!This seiko is very tasteful, and understated. The face is so nice, I hated to send it back, but I really wanted a more expensive and larger version.This watch can gain or lose time because it’s self winding. I love automatic watches, no matter how much they differ with the actual time. You can always set it ahead or back as needed.Returning was simple and I eventually ordered a different Seiko.

Great first automatic watch, for what feels like a steal-of-a-pricepoint. The dial is gorgeous, the lum is surprisingly great, and it just feels like an all-around quality timepiece. Like most other reviews, there is a noticeable drop in quality with the bracelet (but that can always be swapped out for something different). Would recommend to anyone (like me) who is just getting into watches and is looking for something a small step-up from something like a CASIO or TIMEX. You will be happy you did!

I've been wearing it everyday for a few weeks now and it's keeping time very well, I've gotten it wet a few times, I've not yet had it fully submerged, but so far it is proving to be water resistant. The band it comes with is not the best, that's not really an issue, because I swapped it out for a black nylon strap as soon as i got it, which gives the watch a casual, yet professional appearance.
