Works, but noticeable
I like that it fits well, and that it is comfortable for the most part. The straps do dig into the armpits after a while of continued use, but if I were to just sit in it there would be no problem, probably. What I don't like is how noticeable it is to me. I feel everyone around me can see it even if I'm wearing it under my shirt. I expected to notice I was wearing it, but not that it would feel like it was sticking out enough for the rest of the world to notice.

does not stay in place
I use ball bungees to keep the middle support from constantly sliding up. I just wrap them on the waist strap and then around my belt. This makes it work much better and does not allow the waist strap to keep slipping up to your chest. I also found that using a short bungee across both shoulder straps pulling the shoulder straps towards each other stopped the constant rubbing under the arms and did not seem to affect the support. However if you don't put holes where the bungee straps hook to the shoulder straps the bungee will ride up and you will have to continually adjust it. You also have to make sure you point the ends of the bungees out so they don't poke you. This product would be much better if made with belt straps to keep the middle support in place, and a adjustable strap across the chest to keep pressure from hurting your armpits.
