GE Lighting H6024NH Nighthawk Automotive Halogen Sealed Beam Headlight Bulb

These really are great headlights! I had a set of new Wagner H6024s and just didn't feel I was getting all I could out of my headlamps. So with less than ten hours on them I replaced them with these! WOW what a difference! They really put out a lot more light! I only wish they made these in H5006 and H5001 for my Torino!

One of the two bulbs I ordered arrived with the prongs crushed. I was able to work them back into place with some pliers. The same bulb has some chipping to the glass face. The reflective insides of these bulbs are more of a matte style finish then a mirror finish of my original lamps giving them an almost foggy or hazy appearance when viewed with the bulbs off. I installed them on my vintage truck and they seem like a downgrade. Disappointing.

First off when package arrived the two light boxes in the package were both already openend and the lights were tossed in there without any care. Second one of the lights has a rattle in it and it works intermittently. And third the nighthawk series supposed to have more of a whiteish color beam well it doesn't its still yellow. Two stars just because they came fairly quick.

These are great, I use them on my 72’ plymouth. Better than some of the others I’ve used. Only had them for about a year so far, still working great.

I purchased these for my mother who needs more light at night in dark areas. Works great they plug right in and are much brighter than stock garbage. They put in Japan.

im suprised anyone gave these a remotely decent review. im a fleet mechanic and our Mack trucks use these sized lights. we switched over from another brand to save money and over the last 6 months i have had more failures than i can count. some last 2 weeks, others last maybe 4 if were lucky.switching to LED soon but even if we werent i would use another brand. do not waste your money.

When you read the description, you expect some new tech. Thy're just the same old sealed beams. Maybe a bit better than 1950 ones but nothing special.

Was hoping they would be little brighter

Fitted it in my RE Continental GT. Fitting was effortless.Light is well focused and brighter than the stock reflector.Brightness is marginally more than the stock.The stock reflector got rusted in 2.5 yrs of use. I expect this one to last far more since this is a sealed unit and hence less prone to rusting.
