Chuggington Bedtime 24 Piece Glow-In-The-Dark Floor Puzzle

I bought this for my nephew (3 years old.) He loves it and has no problem putting it together with no help.

Don't normally write reviews. The puzzle is great. Big pieces and it does glow in the dark. But the pieces came warped and it is difficult for little ones to put together. Even after putting books and 60lbs weight on the puzzle overnight. Little difference, but still not flat. Expected better.

We have the African Animals and Jungle Juniors 24 piece puzzles and they are great so I got this one but the pieces are all warped so it's difficult to build because the pieces don't stay together. I think maybe it's because it's glow in the dark??? After purchasing I read the reviews and saw that others had the same problem. I bought this because my son loves Chuggington and we thought the glow in the dark would be cool but it's just not a high quality puzzle like the other 2 we have. I wouldn't recommend this product if you're looking for a puzzle and if you're looking for Chuggington items find something else.

I took a chance on it BC its a chuggington puzzle and the kid loves trains but the other reviewers were right. The pieces don't sit flush together. Because Its a floor puzzle the kids usually crawl over it to put in a piece and then more pieces come apart because they can't be securely clicked into place. Skip this one. The Thomas puzzle they make is much better quality. Not sure if its something in the glow in the dark treatment but I won't buy another.

My son had a very easy time putting this puzzle together and he has motor issues because of his asd. The pieces are nice and sturdy as well as large enough for a 3 year old. When we were finished he was so thrilled with himself. It's a nice size too big enough to put on the wall if you decide to glue it as a poster.

When my son got this, he opened it right away and put it together. They are great strong pieces, great quality, neat glow feature. Its fantastic.

Very very very disappointed. This puzzle was a long-awaited, much-longed-for gift for my almost 4 year old boy. He doesn't watch Chuggington much but he knows of it -- the draw was mostly the glow-in-the-dark feature.Sadly, shortly after Santa's delivery of this item, we discovered that the pieces were so warped the puzzle was barely workable. I associate warped puzzle pieces with cheap puzzle manufacturers, which Ravensburger usually isn't. I am gonna email them and see how they respond but as of now I am one annoyed mom. I trusted them.UPDATE:Ravensburger Customer Service was responsive to my inquiry. They gave me instructions for how to arrange for a replacement puzzle. It involved hacking up the box to the defective puzzle and mailing in the UPC code, which I did. In a few weeks, I received a replacement puzzle. Sadly, the pieces on the replacement puzzle were also inexcusably warped. I have emailed them with this information but I don't plan to pursue a third try. My two-star review will stand.SECOND UPDATE:Ravensburger Customer Service responded after my email stating the second puzzle suffered the same warped pieces as the first. The CSR indicated that there must be something wrong with the manufacture of this particular puzzle, and she added that mine is the only complaint they've had on this puzzle. My reaction is that most people just wouldn't bother to complain about something like this, finding it too much of a hassle. I absolutely do not believe that my two copies of this puzzle are the only two that are warped. Floor puzzles are prone to this problem, I think.Anyway, she offered to let me select a different puzzle as a replacement. At first she asked me to select one with the same number of pieces, but when I expressed wariness that all the 24 piece puzzles might be subject to the warping problem, she let me select a 35 piece non-floor, non-jumbo-pieces puzzle. This puzzle has arrived and it's perfect, and a lot of fun. Puzzle was great at first. We have had it about a year and it continues to warm and the pieces will not stay together.
